Salomon shoes have been my go to shoe for over 15 years now. If you have a narrow foot with a high arch you won’t find a better fit. My favorite of Salomon’s shoe line has to be the Xr Crossmax. It has a super grippy tread for trail running yet is plenty comfortable for short city runs. The simplistic quicklace system works great and gives you a tight fit without even having to tie a knot. The mesh material in the toe box does a fantastic job at letting your feet breathe and keeps them dry even on the hottest days.
The durability of Salomon shoes is also very impressive. I easily get 3-4 years out of them before it’s time to retire them as my lawn mowing shoe. If you’re the type of person that would take a mountain run over a gym’s treadmill then make sure you try these shoes on. Your feet will thank you!
