The forecast on Wednesday was for warming before rapid cooling and only 3-6 inches. By Thursday night it was upgraded to 6-12 with possibly higher amounts. Alta saw close to 2 feet when it was all said and done and it sure skied like it.
Mostly we skied the High Traverse finding deep pow in Eagle’s Nest and Regal Chute to Rustler 4. The snow continued throughout the day so everything stayed good well into the afternoon. Sick sleeper pow day in late March!
