Utah’s epic winter has taken a break for the moment, but the snow is staying very nice up high. Devil’s Castle was looking quite tasty and not a soul was seen on it from Supreme Chair but our quick plan was to hit the sidecountry and spin a Rocky Patsey lap.
Some of the snow in Rocky was wind hammered but the protected areas were still skiing great. We decided to drop early on Patsey and did an unfamiliar line that ended up being a lot of fun. Top turns were fantastic and the bottom turns were getting heavier but still manageable. Another beautiful and bluebird day in the mountains.
