Today was day 3 of the return of normalcy. This winter has been anything but normal. But this week felt like the Alta we all know and love. Four feet of snow, started as almost a foot of graupel and wetter snow but ended with fluff coming in sideways. The wind blew hard at times yesterday so everything was really plastered to the place. Alta just got hooked up on base depth with over 100 inches for the first time this season and a 48 inch storm total.
A lot of terrain opened up and everything skied primo. Keyhole was probably the highlight. The heady brahs were sending it off Bad News. The vibes were high today and all week. We’re back baby!
