This coming Tuesday (4/30) Alta Community Enrichment will be hosting an event with Heather Brady Peeters of Peterson Farms. According to ACE,
Heather Peeters is a Utah native who grew up helping her Gramma in the garden. Today she lives in Murray with her husband and 6 year old son. Together they care for over an acre of land and sell their beautiful produce at the Murray Farmer’s Market. She also manages Petersen Family Farm in Riverton, UT and serves on the Board of Directors for the Salt Lake County Farm Bureau.
A free event running from 6:00-8:30 pm at Our Lady Of The Snows Heather Peeters will be answering all of your gardening questions. Spring has sprung so get your urban farming started early this year. Go green!
