It’s slim pickings at Alta right now. Unless you head out of resort boundaries conditions are hard-pack and bumpy. Luckily the touring in the Wasatch is holding up nicely. We hiked a Suicide Chute and although didn’t find any neck deep pow we still found some soft turns along the side walls.
The boot up was easy and straight forward and the views from the top were breathtaking. It only took us roughly a hour and and half to get up and was well worth the effort. The forecast still looks dismal but atleast were looking at some sunny skies moving back in by mid week. Start doing your snow dance!

Sick! Talk about a redemption day. Way to get after it.
