NateThis week has been very snowy. 3-4 feet and more on the way. We missed yesterday, thanks to UDOT lifting traction restrictions and subsequent crashes closing the road almost immediately. So today was to be a redemption day. However, nothing went quite right.
Nate lined up A-Frame and somehow I didn’t hear his call to drop and basically missed the whole shot. And we waited about 20 minutes for some visibility! Then Nate decided to hit B-Frame but the wall of snow on takeoff made him very nearly land on the cliff itself. The hike up Patsey was uneventful and the ski down was good but it won’t be one of those unforgettable top-to-bottom Patseys. Today was very meh. Yes, we are totally spoiled powder brats.
