NateThe Christmas holiday brought every skiers dream present…POW! Yesterday’s storm dropped an additional 19″ on top of the dense 32″ from a few days ago. Conditions couldn’t be better.
Our initial runs today were good but with the ever-present bumps left over from yesterday you really couldn’t open it up like you wanted to. Thankfully patrol dropped the ropes into Baldy Shoulder early on in the day and gave holiday shredders a taste of what Alta does best. The light and fluffy pow kept skiers hooting and hollering for hours.
The forecast looks great with another storm predicted to impact Utah Saturday night!
