The Heat Is On

What a difference a couple of days can make!  This past Sunday felt like mid winter and now today we’re looking at valley temps reaching into the 80’s!  Fortunately conditions at Alta are remaining better than you’d expect.  Alta Ski Patrol has almost the entire mountain open including the Baldy Chutes.  The snow up high is staying soft and shredy but down low the snow is complete mank.  We found great turns on Baldy Shoulder and in the Nest but the best conditions looked to be in the Castle and the Baldy Chutes.  The forecast this week looks to stay warm so grab your skis and get your tan on!
