With Christmas just around the corner it was nice to finally see some fresh snowfall. Although this storm didn’t produce like we all would have liked, it did make for some good turns today. Alta reported a storm total of 7 inches and we found plenty of great skiing, especially off of the Wildcat Lift in Westward Ho. High Boy was also skiing very well if you traversed far skiers right under Rustler 4. Temperatures remain pretty cold so make sure you bring that extra layer with you. It doesn’t look like we’ll see anymore flakes fly before Christmas so get some shredding in while you can. Hopefully Baldy Shoulder and the Jitterbug boot pack open tomorrow as I’m sure there’s plenty of great skiing left in those areas. The video below was filmed mostly off of High Boy and Westward Ho where locals were shredding it up all day. I hope everyone has a happy holiday over the weekend. Keep praying for more snow.
