Alta Conditions Report

Alta received 5 inches in 48 hours making for some exceptionally good slashing over the past two days. Yesterday the mountain was completely empty and although there was a slight ruff layer underneath the fresh snow you could still find areas to open it up. This morning Alta’s parking lot showed signs of a potentially busy day but with most terrain now open your rarely had to wait more then two minutes in line. We found some great turns pretty much everywhere but Rocky Point and upper Backside were by far today’s winners. Looks like next week we’re back to Mother Nature’s love affair with good old high pressure so, get your pow laps in while you can.
