Valentine’s Day Shreddin’ At Alta

Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! You couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day. Although Alta only reported 1″ overnight it sure felt like plenty more. What Mother Nature did drop was perfect for covering up those hard pack spots as last night’s snow was thick and graupely. The entire mountain skied excellent and with few love birds on the hill, slopes stayed fresh well into the afternoon. The skiing was so good everywhere we didn’t even bother hiking out into Backside or Baldy Shoulder as the High T provided everything you needed. Tomorrow looks to be another fun day in the sun so get some bluebird laps in before next week’s active pattern develops!
