Alta Time Capsule

Alta just announced their plans to put together a digital time capsule. Alta wants YOU to upload your favorite pictures and videos as a way of documenting the past 75 years of skiing at Alta. Their plan is to lock these photos/videos in a digital storage vault and release them 5, 10, or 20 years from now so people can look back on their great memories created at Alta. Your first video/photo is free but additional content will require a small contribution. If you want an unlimited amount of uploads it will cost $25 which also includes the ability to mark your favorite spot on the mountain and provide a short story about it. The project is sponsored by the Alta Historical Society, Alta Community Enrichment (ACE), and Friends of Alta. The time capsule will be sealed on May 1, 2013 so get uploading before it’s too late.
